you to a practitioner-oriented event:
People Equity: An Innovative Approach To
Managing and Measuring Human Capital
Speaker: William A. Schiemann, CEO, Metrus Group
Along with most corporate areas, HR and other support functions are
under increasing pressure to demonstrate value and manage more
responsibilities with fewer resources. This session will focus on how
effective measurement and management of human capital can be used to
increase value and strategic relevance. Bill Schiemann, CEO of Metrus
Group, consults and speaks widely on the topic of strategic
measurement.
Bill will engage us in some new thinking about measurement of
people equity. People equity, which includes employee alignment,
capabilities, and engagement, is a key driver of performance, employee
retention, customer loyalty and other business results. He has offered
to share some case examples and other applications of strategic
decision tools.
