This student-orientated program will focus on the opportunities and
challenges faced by Master’s level I/O professionals entering the
field. Panelists will share their initial work experiences, lessons
learned on the job, and obstacles faced in the early stages of their
career. Audience members will also learn about the wide range of
career paths for Master’s level I/O professionals. Please join us for
an informative and interactive discussion!
Panelist Bios:
Cheryl Einwalter
Ms. Einwalter is a Survey Project Manager for Wonderlick
Consulting, a full-service HR consulting practice focused on
enhancing the validity, fairness and reliability of employee
selection and retention programs. Prior to Wonderlick Consulting,
Cheryl was a member of the HR team at Crate & Barrel. She received
her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of Minnesota in
Psychology/Sociology and her master’s degree in I/O Psychology from
The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2004.
Michael Giannetti
Mr. Giannetti is a Sr. Manager of Organizational Development for
the TriZetto Group, a healthcare technology company. His key
responsibilities include training and development, including
360-degree assessment and computer-based training, compensation,
recruiting, and employee relations. Michael received his master’s in
I/O Psychology from Elmhurst College in 2002.
Bradley Cohen
Mr. Cohen is an Internal Consultant for Valpak, the nation’s
leading coupon provider. His specific practice areas include
recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance evaluation for
the sales staff. Prior to Valpak, Brad held sales positions at
WorldCom, Globalcom, and AT&T. Brad received his master’s in I/O
Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Gabby Hendricks
Ms. Hendricks is an External Consultant for Deloitte Consulting,
one of the world’s largest audit, tax, consulting, and financial
advisory services firm. As part of the Organization & People
Performance unit, Gabby’s practice areas include talent management,
performance analytics, workforce strategies, and people sourcing.
She received her master’s in I/O Psychology from The Chicago
School of Professional Psychology in 2005.
