Below are pictures from the December 1, 2005 event entitled:
"Service Climate and Employee Engagement as Links to Customer
Performance Metrics and Organizational Change".
The event was a huge success! Dr. Benjamin Schneider and Dr.
William Macey of Valtera presented an excellent research program
that was practitioner-oriented and business-focused. The event
nearly exceeded capacity with approximately 80 attendees, 30 of
which attended the informal gathering at Magnum's Steakhouse after
the talk.
