"X-treme CIOP": Outdoor O.D. and Growth through Challenge
CIOP's May session will present a rare opportunity to learn firsthand about the power of teamwork and the depth of our inner strength. The session will take place at Techny Towers in Techny,
IL (next to Northbrook). Our facilitators will be Rich Wick (Roosevelt University) and Greg Miller (NinthEdge, Inc.), who will illustrate the value of experiential learning and its
application to corporate settings and organizational development. To demonstrate these principles, CIOP members are invited to participate in a ropes course, challenging themselves and each
other to overcome psychological barriers to success.
