For the past decade, Hay Group has partnered
with Fortune magazine to identify the
"World's Most Admired Companies" and to
uncover the business practices that make
these companies both highly regarded and
highly successful. In partnership with
Fortune and CEO Magazine, Hay Group has
conducted research on what outstanding
organizations do to address current and
coming leadership issues.
They engage in more activities and in
different activities from other
organizations and as a result are better
prepared to deal with the challenges which
the future will bring as baby boomers retire
and new blood will be called on to take
their places in leadership roles. In this
presentation, Bill will share this research
and offer insights to what organizations of
all types and sizes can do to be prepared
for the future.
