Job Responsibilities
- Developing business at the highest levels within Fortune 100,
Fortune 500 and Global 1000 organizations
- Managing some of the largest and most complex client engagements
- Developing deep and trusting relationships with clients and PDI
team members
- Providing exceptional leadership consulting services to new and
existing clients
- Designing integrated talent management solutions and systems for
PDI clients
- Demonstrating in-depth product and services knowledge
- Building PDI’s competitive advantage
Experience and Education Requirements
- Advanced university degree in a behavioral science discipline
(Ph.D./doctorate preferred) or MBA with applicable human capital
consulting industry experience
- A minimum of eight years industry experience
- Deep expertise in translating consulting abilities to systematic
business results at the executive level
- Significant skills and track record in business development and
client management
- Consultative sales knowledge and experience
- Experience delivering leadership development, talent management,
assessment, coaching and/or HR system consultation
