The candidate we seek will conduct in-depth behavioral event
interviews and build behavioral profiles for a diverse set of
clientele. Responsibilities include: interviewing sales and management
candidates, building behavioral profiles, writing assessment reports,
preparing hiring and development recommendations, providing coaching
feedback and assisting with special projects as assigned.
Ideal candidates will have a Masters in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology or related field; interviewing or related assessment
experience a plus; be high energy, able to work independently, as well
as part of a team; excellent analytical, communication (written and
verbal), interpersonal, flexibility and project management skills;
strong Microsoft Office skills a plus.
