We are Psychological Associates, strategic HR specialists with a

solutions in the area of human/organizational performance. Due to
accelerated growth, we need experienced Ph.D. Psychologists adept at
working in complex business environments.
Position Responsibilities: Interview executive-level candidates;
interpret cognitive, personality, and leadership assessment data;
write assessment/coaching reports; provide executive coaching and
development; participate in succession planning, and talent
optimization projects.
Partner with senior levels of major corporations. Requires ability
to identify prospects, determine needs, tailor business solutions, and
develop new clients. Must be willing to travel.
Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Counseling
Psychology, or Clinical Psychology with eight to ten years experience
required. Willingness to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri.
