We are currently seeking an Organizational Development Consultant
to evaluate and validate our current recruiting and pre-employment
assessment processes. This incumbent will work with our HR team to
analyze current organizational systems, dynamics, culture,
competencies, management support and related organizational practices
to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
The Qualified Candidate Must Have:
- MA or MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational
Development, or related field
- 5-6 years HR experience to include knowledge of selection system
development, career development tool design, program/training
development, survey design and development, testing and validation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent program development skills
- Good organizational skills and relationship building skills
- Proven experience in consultation with various levels of
management
