Organization and Change Our Human Capital professionals address the
critical elements of organizational effectiveness, including workforce
planning and analytics, talent management, workforce strategies, the
people dimension of transformation, and virtual workplace management.
We also help improve key components of change leadership, including
leadership development, technology and process adoption, learning and
development, culture, knowledge management and capability transfer,
and communications .
The Organization & Change practice is looking for qualified Senior
Consultants with experience in the area of Strategic Change, focused
on managing the people challenges associated with large scale
organizational change and transformation. This includes leading
change, assessing and enhancing culture, aligning the organization,
planning and executing strategic communications, and developing high
performance organizations to execute on strategy. Specific business
needs where strategic change is engaged include mergers and
acquisitions, divestitures, new business models such as shared
services and outsourcing, and other large transformation programs such
as Finance, HR, or IT transformation.
Senior Consultants must have a minimum of three years relevant
experience in an industry or consulting team-oriented environment in
one or more of the following areas:
Workforce transition Organization design and governance Learning
capability and transfer Communication strategy, planning, and
execution Talent requirements and HR programs People risk and impact
management Leadership design and stakeholder engagement
In addition, Senior Consultants must have at least two years of
experience leading project teams on relevant change management,
communications and training engagements.
Master’s Degree/MBA highly preferred Extensive travel to client
(minimum 75% on a weekly basis) locations is required
